Thanks toxic, that's a good tip about the repayment plan! I have online banking, also asked Sparkasse but they don’t offer it, at least not for the construction financing account. All my other accounts are managed through Starmoney. I have now applied to switch the construction financing accounts to another bank and now we’ll see if they accept us. I am very satisfied with the bank so far, would really be happy to end up there. I generally didn’t find Sparkasse very customer-friendly. Our advisor was never directly reachable by phone in the 4 years, sometimes no response by email either. And we asked for a follow-up financing a year ago, once by email, once through a financial broker who also did the first financing with us. No response. Even now we are waiting in vain for a new offer. Then you can’t be surprised if the customer leaves.

It should not be a problem for Sparkasse to integrate the loan accounts with a query option into online banking.

I quote the homepage: "Online Banking [...] access your accounts and portfolios at any time [...] clearer financial status"

If they can't manage to integrate (loan) accounts in connection with a complete financial status into online banking, then you were simply with the wrong employee. That wouldn't necessarily surprise me, they exist at every bank.

Otherwise, they are very far from their promise on the website.
