Fall over garage - Missing concrete - Problem or everything okay?

so above the garage door, the slightly recessed garage has its own lintel.
The part I criticized is, as mentioned, the beam that is supposed to distribute the loads. A support in the middle of the driveway was actually not desired.
I had some difficulty with the terminology. I have attached pictures from the structural calculations. And with this beam, the amount of concrete was calculated incorrectly, so the remaining amount seen in the pictures was filled in one day later. Now, if I understand you correctly, this apparently poses a bigger problem. Any tips on how I should proceed now?

I would report the pictures to the structural engineer.
He must have had a reason when he planned the overlay.
And by later filling up the concrete, moisture could penetrate at the contact point. Frost is not harmless. And moisture on the reinforcing steel even less so.
