Expert during the construction phase

Gross or net?
Gross would be cheap and I would start to suspect that the appointment would be done hurriedly. Net would be normal, somewhat expensive for short appointments depending on travel time.

Including VAT
The following is probably included:

The total time expenditure of the building expert for the on-site appointment including travel time to and from the location is a maximum of 2 hours. Our flat rates include the travel costs of the building expert within a radius of 10 km from the expert’s office as well as the 5% incidental cost flat rate.

On top would be:
Hourly rate, per hour €130.00
Travel costs (extra kilometers) €0.75/km
Incidental cost flat rate (copying, postage, and telephone costs) as a percentage of the net invoice amount 5%

OK then the flat rate is rather normal. What goes beyond the limits (which are probably always exploited) is a bit more expensive. But I only have comparisons from Berlin.

My offers mostly come from Central Berlin, so I have a somewhat longer travel time and have always charged more than your 399 EUR until now. But wait and see if you really get someone at short notice. That was actually the problem for me.

Yes, we'll see when they get back to us and what the actual travel distance will be. I also inquired with TÜV Nord at the same time. It will probably cost more in general, simply because it says TÜV :rolleyes: Can you recommend anyone else? Regardless of availability?
