Expert during the construction phase

quick question about experts:

would you value a Dekra or TÜV certificate, or according to which criteria do you choose your expert?
Would you (in the future) spend the money for accompaniment during the construction phase?

Maybe I would choose you. Seriously: the competence "signature scents" an expert leaves on the internet tell me more than the brand name of the organization under whose flag they operate.

Would you (in the future) spend money on accompaniment during the construction phase?

I advise all kamikaze builders who already "save" at the planner or construction manager stage to at least not wait until the construction phase to get the accompaniment. At least with owner-assigners the child has long since fallen into the well at least in its infancy, and the expert becomes the firefighter.

The TÜV seal is more of a reason for me not to choose someone. Through profession and acquaintances, I have gained insights into the working methods and do not think much of it. I would find an independent expert with plenty of (verifiable) experience and references much more attractive for this job.

More important than any certificate from a weekend online course is that the expert is a publicly appointed and sworn expert who is listed in the [IHK-Verzeichnis].

Has anyone ever tried the site bauexperts (-berlin) by any chance? For the next appointment on the construction site, I would also like to take a construction supervisor with me, but I find it difficult to make a qualified choice. More than typing "construction supervisor" into Google and calling the next best one wouldn't occur to me right now. According to the above-mentioned website, a flat rate of 399 euros is charged per appointment. Is that an average price?

Gross or net?
Gross would be cheap and I would start to suspect that the appointment would be done quickly and hastily. Net would be normal, somewhat expensive for short appointments depending on travel time.
