Experiences with Seamless Shower Area

Has anyone made their shower area seamless without tiles and can share their experiences?

What material did you use? Do you have mold in the corners?

We have painted glass on the walls. The sealing behind it is with "Elefantenhaut", silicone on the corners. Mold is not an issue, it should also not be an issue with all other professional sealings and surfaces.

Silicone joints mold yes even in a regular shower.

We have a level-access shower tray, but the silicone seal all around is still there. And exactly that mold after several years despite the open shower.
