Experiences with prefab house providers?

we are currently still searching for a plot of land in the Ulm area and are still in the decision-making phase whether we want to build a prefabricated house or a solid house.
Does anyone have experience with the prefabricated house providers Schwörerhaus, Bien-Zenker, Lehner, Kampa, Steif,...?
We recently visited the headquarters of Schwörerhaus in Hohenstein-Oberstetten and were really shocked when we saw the prices for the show homes -- 140 sqm with basic basement, KFW 55 --> approx. €300,000 (turnkey). Is this price normal (then we have to recalculate) or is Schwörerhaus just very expensive?
Sure, you mainly hear only good reviews about Schwörerhaus, but what about the other prefabricated house providers?

We would be grateful for some current reviews.

Currently, we are in the planning phase with them.

The process so far could not have been better in terms of advice and support. Price-wise, they were also our favorite.

You can see it again. 2 chairs 3 opinions.

I know 2 builders (private friends for over 10 years) who built with Allkauf Haus. One is a carpenter and the other is an interior decorator. Both were impressed by the quality of Allkauf Haus.

Which reviews on the internet do you mean?

P.S.: And if you build turnkey with them, they are not much cheaper than other providers anymore.

I got the impression that many prefabricated house companies write their own 5-star reviews. I built with Schwörerhaus and can only recommend everyone to read the negative experiences - not fake positive "Oh how great" reviews. I have never been treated as condescendingly as with them - customer is king does not apply at all. Well, I don't want to rant here now... just want to warn about good reviews in forums and fake videos on YT with strange forum users who only write positive comments.

and one more thing... turnkey, writes Ulmerle.. I also have turnkey... Only that no entrance stairs are present, nobody says that.. construction companies from the region have no desire to send the excavator because of something like that.

Screed in the basement, not included. But doors installed. Screed guy says, risk is high.. best to remove the doors

Turnkey means almost finished.. at least with my Schwörer house Garage neither insulated inside, nor covered, nor floor, nor straight door openings... door guy says, that's a 2cm slope... what am I supposed to do?
