I do not doubt that! On the other hand, how imaginary backgrounds actually become clear for the client or legally effective is not clear to me. In contracts for work, unfortunately the signature of the intermediary cannot be found!

You remember correctly; however, the contract did not arise from forum activities, nor was the fault in incorrect system dimensioning. Since the dispute is still ongoing – expert witness, lawyer, Hase, and BU are busy – I can’t tell you much more than that – as of today – the heating operation and Hase probably had an extremely bad day (production and installation). It should be mentioned that neither Hase nor BU are among our current partners.

On the other hand, I vaguely remember having already provided you with a complete MEP for a PH near Bonn.

No, why should they be? What matters is that what I tell the potential client is reflected in words and writing in the contract. That is no different than when I mediate your services; then I am not liable for your work either
