Experiences with construction financing at PSD Bank Nuremberg

We are currently about to make a decision on where to finalize our financing. We have now decided on a pure annuity loan with a 20-year fixed interest period.

In this case, PSD Bank Nürnberg offers the most attractive conditions for us.

Has anyone already financed with them or had any other experiences with the bank?

We have the same bank, also 20 years. It has worked smoothly so far, but we have not withdrawn any money yet.

Have financed with them for over 10 years, starting 3 years ago. Absolutely no problems. Quick payout and we were able to submit the papers directly in [Nürnberg], where they were immediately checked for completeness. Would do it the same way anytime again.

In the next few weeks, we should be ready to apply for the financing. Unless there are significant changes to the offers by then, we will probably go ahead with [PSD Nürnberg].

The PSD banks are always recommended and are characterized by good conditions and a straightforward process, provided that the loan has been approved.

Occasionally, there are some issues, but this depends on the initial situation, which we do not know here.

The same applies to the Sparda banks, although it must always be taken into account that the cooperative banks (the same applies to the Volksbanken) have their own lending criteria depending on the business area and region.
