Experience with Meister Designfloor 300 Column Oak

Good evening everyone,
we have received an offer from our [GU] for flooring in the bedrooms, [Meister-Designboden 300 Spalteiche] is being proposed!
I would like to know what exactly design flooring is?
The information from the manufacturer is not clear! It is basically vinyl but on an HDF board!

Does this floor have anything to do with oak apart from the appearance?

"Meister-Designboden..." is a marketing term and stands for: quote (allegedly) "authentic-looking wood reproductions" In reality, it is an embossed photo wallpaper on a hazardous waste substructure.

I just thought about the many builders who paid a lot of money for "Sondermüll" with a large well-known provider from the Düsseldorf area!!! Such a simple explanation from an expert would by no means satisfy me? Are you speaking from personal experience? Have you had the stuff tested? Thank you!

Dear Treppauf, I am truly not a fan of vinyl, but what you are saying is sheer nonsense... or have you had it tested and can back up your hazardous waste theory? I would be careful with such statements, as they might come back like a boomerang.
