The cheapest of the cheap was installed there by the developer.

Once the heat is inside the apartment, it stays there as well, without "active cooling".

I have lived in apartments and houses for a very long time and was usually able to keep the indoor temperature low in summer through shading and smart ventilation. Here, I have hardly any influence despite intensive efforts.

May I ask if you have solved the problem in the meantime? I currently have the same problem with the same fan (in every room). At the moment, the humidity in the bedroom is at 40%, in the living room at 34%

We have an Aereco Rollladenkastenlüftung Zuroh 100 since May 2021 in our condominium. In winter, the humidity was between 23 and 27% and I could slightly increase it (35%) by using damp cloths that I had to constantly renew.
The low humidity is very unhealthy and constantly wet cloths in the living space are not very nice.
Now I can't get the warmth (25-26 degrees) out of the apartment, although the outside temperature is only 17 degrees.
All in all, I would never have something like this installed again. So far, I have always done very well with good ventilation on my own.
