Hello, we received the information about our heating system in the new building (120sqm living space) yesterday. I would like to hear your opinion on it. Nothing is installed yet;-)

I will get it too, unfortunately I cannot provide any reviews yet. Annual performance factor report of 4.6 gives me hope though. I am combining it with Recovair 260 and joint control via BUS. Thus BAFA funding is possible for both.

What am I supposed to tell him, don’t they know that best?
I have read that with the correct application it can even cool.
What should one pay attention to in that case?

Heat pump suitable for the heating load
Supply temperature not higher than 30 degrees
Room-by-room heating load calculation according to DIN
Specify the desired temperature for each room, otherwise only 20 degrees for rooms and 24 degrees for bathrooms will be calculated.
Bathrooms under bathtubs and showers should be covered.
Possibly have a wall heating (underfloor heating in the wall) installed in bathrooms.
Pipe diameter at least 17x2 for the laying line.
All heating circuits approximately the same length, none longer than 100 meters
Connect the heating circuit manifold pipe diameter large enough.
If possible, no pressing joints in the pipes.
Have the underfloor heating calculation carried out by an external specialist office, costs a few hundred euros but is worth every cent.
See the contribution thread from Tolentio or OWL

Hi, since I am building KFW 55, my builder has commissioned an energy consultant. Does he also calculate something like that?
