The joke is good, but it can be topped:

I would replace the term "dream house" here with that of the "original misplanning" and, in your place, urgently and benevolently ask myself why your Wolpertinger Simshaus concept might be so rare. They are not all wrong-way drivers who prefer more tried-and-tested concepts. A hipped roof over a T-shaped floor plan, moreover with knee walls in the same breath as "for reasons of total costs" is already hilarious in itself, but as a half-hipped roof the additional fee on the six spot would really be mandatory. At the keyword "Stiege" I first thought it was planned in Austria – but in the overall consideration I raise it to "Wonderland" :-)

Thank you very much for your input, but I would probably need some clarification on it. We found the visualizations very appealing; why a complete misplanning?

No, the posted photo has much more than that. If you stand in your 30-degree DN, you won’t be able to do much with the double-wing windows drawn in, since they are practically knee-high. And actually, I didn't look at the drawing very closely because I was on my phone, but you don’t have much standing space. So the office desk will be next to the treadmill… it somehow isn't enough to make it nice.
I don’t see a visualization now? Is it just me?

Ok thanks, I will take another close look at the roof pitch and ask again. I meant the visualization of the house from the outside, but that doesn’t matter here and I think it rather distracts (taste is never objective).

You are talking past each other regarding the roof pitch! You mean your house, the others mean the example image of the Velux windows...
