We have been finished for 4 years and live in the house.
125 sqm living area, 2500 kWh heat pump electricity per year, without controlled residential ventilation, without KNX, without mold.
Simply with expanded clay/pumice stones, you were asking about experiences after all.

This is really a good tip regarding the regional building experts. Because it is really the case that many providers are very nice at the beginning, but in the end, you have invested more work, nerves, and money.

Above us was the flight path for Berlin Tegel,
in the old house (expanded clay) and in the new house (expanded clay),
no sound problem,
very little noise comes through the windows and the roof
