Existing floor plan - How to plan furnishing and usage?

On the other hand, there are hardly any alternative proposals anymore, because those that exist are already what you can get out of the room without new ideas. I still had this alternative with a reduction of the 15sqm office.. all my other suggestions have been exaggerated by me.

Thank you for this idea. It remains difficult, as a serious structural renovation would likely exceed the budget or simply make the house too expensive at some point, even if the total sum would still be within the possible budget… Apart from the problem of finding the craftsman. I take away, however, that the room actually has somehow awkward dimensions and at the same time was completely misplanned (wall distances, windows…) Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to determine how it was furnished by the first owner.

The OP may not have noticed yet that many posts are missing here. Among other things, also the floor plan. Because it was once there.
