Hi, I wanted to give an update on this in case future generations have a similar problem. Another soil sample without topsoil (i.e. 0.3-1.0m) was taken. The TOC content is now slightly lower --> 0.59%. Unfortunately, I still just miss Z0, it ultimately becomes Z1 with DK0. Additional costs approx. 10€/t. But that's what the buffer is for.

Hi MKK_SE92,
thanks for your interesting contribution.
Can you tell me what you actually had to pay in the end for the disposal at the landfill? Where was it disposed of?
Thank you very much!
Max

Since he hasn't been here for half a year, I wouldn't expect an answer.
A really meaningful answer won't be given either. It also depends heavily on the location.
Disposal takes place at gravel pits or landfills. Use Google, you will usually find something quickly in the immediate vicinity. Contaminated soil is not accepted everywhere. You have to ask in advance. Normal soil should cost around 5-10€ per cubic meter. With turf, it is often 2-3 times more expensive. Recyclable construction waste about 10-20€. Non-recyclable also 2-3 times that.
In addition, there is the transport cost. A 4-axle truck costs about 70-100€ per trip. This varies a lot as well... some charge by kilometer and others only flat rates.

Thank you for your reply. Let's see if something comes or not. It would be interesting to know, because the creator also comes from Hessen like me... I would be interested to know what generally has to be paid per ton for Z0, Z1, and Z2. Can you (danifx) maybe roughly say something here? I'm only interested in the disposal price per ton at the landfill for the soil... Regards Max

If you have enough space on your own property, can you actually store/distribute soil of any class on it?

As a rule, yes, if there is nothing extremely toxic involved. But of course, you have to calculate in advance how much soil is distributed over which area. Without a basement, it works well; with a basement, you are dealing with around 300 cubic meters of excavation (10*10*3m), and that is far too much for most properties.
