EWE Wärme Plus Experiences

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if there are any experiences with "Wärme Plus" from the energy provider EWE in this forum.

I intend to implement this through a heating installation company. My heating installer explained the advantages to me (no maintenance costs, no chimney sweep costs, 24-hour emergency service, no high investment costs, etc.). What confused me a bit, however, was the statement that after 10 years of running time, I can either extend the contract for 5 years, purchase the heating system at a residual value, or enter into a new contract for a new heating system, so that the heating system will be replaced again in 10 years and the contract starts over.

Maybe you have an opinion on this. A new heating system every 10 years sounds very tempting.

With such a "young product" there will probably be little experience.

Every issue has two sides or no medicine without side effects. These are usually not presented so clearly by the seller.

Yes, a private lease with an insurance function and long-term commitment to the provider. Certainly convenient.
A heating system should be usable for longer than 10 years in its most essential components.
