It depends on how the WL-Bank wants it. You should clarify that with them.
Option 1) A land charge in full amount to the Commerzbank and it is subordinated internally to the WL-Bank. (Preferably even without registration in the land register). Cheapest option. But becoming increasingly rare due to high administrative costs.
Option 2)
Everyone gets their land charge as shown. Whether one appointment or two makes no difference in price. But it is more expensive than option 1. And whether one or two appointments are involved should not affect the price.
In both cases, the Commerzbank will have to issue a one-time valuation declaration. Nothing has to be subordinated there, but it can be in option 1. Then you can also choose option 2.
And last but not least... you probably won’t be able to choose anyway.
