Spontaneous idea from this morning, which not even my boyfriend knows yet ;-) Before I discuss my idea (which I still find visually great ;-) ) I just wanted to "quickly" get an assessment of feasibility.

Thanks, that was all I wanted to know.

Nordlys, I know you don’t like me very much, but to babble something about perception here...? If you can’t even ask here what you need to pay attention to without getting such shady comments, then you might as well skip various posts here...

I don't know what it is. But our neighbor asks before he plants anything on his xxxxl property even though he wouldn't have to.

I would see this wall as a visible background for your espalier fruit, but not build onto it there. Keep a distance of 50cm and set your espalier in concrete, on the left and right, possibly also in the middle. Then you can train your fruit there. The garage side serves indirectly as the background scenery - legal and permitted :)

Personally, I wouldn’t mind, for example, my neighbor is welcome to plant something there as long as nothing gets damaged. With ivy, for instance, I would then put my hedge trimmer (aka chainsaw) for mandatory use on OKG+10 in front of him every few months. And I already have the boundary garage, the neighbor first has to bring topsoil for planting :)

So with this restriction, I would have absolutely no problem with it.
