Erect privacy fence on the terrace

Since you are asking for suggestions, here is a thought: Why do you want that? I think you can still see your terrace, but you can no longer look into your garden – at least not on the left and right – thus you are basically creating a terraced house view for yourself. Privacy screens (against others) are usually planned not foolishly on your own property, but closer to the source of the problem. A shrub usually provides complete privacy, while a screen close to 1.80 meters will hardly be sufficient.
