My dad actually glued the granite slab to the concrete foundation with frost-resistant tile adhesive back then and then glued the riser steps.
It has held perfectly so far (for 1.5 years) and looks great
Cool - upload a picture. I saw a variation yesterday where the edges of the platform are set similarly to curbstones in [Trasszementmörel]. Then fill the hollow space with gravel and grit and lay the step tread and platform slab on top. If necessary, you can apply a little [Trasszement] here and there to the grit layer. The question remains whether it will be stable. However, I would definitely lay a foundation strip on the compacted gravel bed for the curbstones so that they are level (or have a 1% slope).
here are a few pictures of the different steps.
Unfortunately, I haven't found any directly from the formwork, but in one of them, the supporting boards are still attached.
For the side entrance door, we chose a more affordable solution. Here too, my dad first built a concrete base, but instead of having an expensive granite slab made, we bought two granite terrace slabs from the hardware store, which have almost the same color as the large granite slab at the front door, and for the risers, we simply used granite lawn edging stones.
In total, it cost less than 30€ in materials, but it looks quite good and also serves its purpose.
