Emphasize the roof structure through a step? Opinions wanted

Good evening everyone, we are currently going into the details before the shell construction enters the final phase. Today we are faced with the following decisions which are certainly a matter of taste, but I would still like to hear opinions or even see other real pictures. 1. The color of the roof overhang needs to be decided, white or gray? The roof will be covered with Tegalit in the color Granite. 2. Whether we want this additional recess to emphasize the roof and the seamless transition into the gray accentuated window areas. Both questions are of course closely related. Personally, I don't particularly like this Chinese shoebox with rice hat and mascara around the little eyes in general. The details don't play a big role there.

Would choose V4 though.
