Hello everyone,
I have to finalize my electrical planning for the new apartment construction soon. I have already incorporated many great ideas (e.g., bedside lamps switchable from the room door) from the forum. Thanks for that.
Now I wanted to ask the professionals here if they know any great tips. Partly, a big effect can be achieved with little effort during the shell construction phase, or you only realize after completion what you could have done better or differently.

Basically, the following is planned in our 4-room ground floor apartment:

[*]Socket in every room under the light switch
[*]Double sockets in all corners of the living and bedrooms
[*]Sixfold power outlet where the TV will be mounted on the wall as well as empty conduit, since the TV will be hung on the wall
[*]In the living room, two sockets by the entrance are switchable because lamps (or Christmas lights) will go there
[*]The same in the bedroom for the bedside lamps

[*]In the bathroom, double socket at the mirror and in a corner where bathroom furniture will go, as well as under the radiator and power to the toilet to prepare for a shower toilet
[*]Double socket on the terrace and a power cable to the back part of the garden (a garden shed will eventually be placed here) – all switchable from inside
[*]Power outside above the terrace door in case an awning is installed there later

[*]Network will be laid star-shaped into each bedroom as well as to the TV corner and runs in the storage room to the router
[*]Of course, lots of sockets are planned in the kitchen
[*]Shutter switches are each at the window as well as once centrally in the hallway for all
[*]TV in each bedroom and of course in the living room
[*]Telephone and internet are terminated in the storage room

Do you have any more ideas?
Regards

Are you first-time buyers of a condominium that is still under construction?

You can never really perforate a house with enough empty conduits.

The trend towards "smart" living will increase. And it is also important (at least for ownership, i.e. if you intend to stay there for decades) to imagine the rooms assigned differently. So, children grow up and kids' rooms/bedrooms are swapped with each other or something like that. Or the sofa is rearranged from the short to the long side, and the TV is placed differently as well.

Personally, I am also a fan of speaker cables under plaster.

I wouldn't use switchable sockets nowadays with Philips Hue, wireless sockets, etc. The idea of having 6 sockets at the TV also seems a bit excessive to me; power strips with a switch are often the better solution here and can also be hidden in the cabinet.

First occupancy, exactly.
Empty conduits for what and where?
Philips Hue is quite nice, but I think it's nice when you can switch it as usual with the switch and don't have to mess around with remote controls or apps. Is there something nice for that?

Empty conduits between all junction boxes and as an additional lane alongside all current cable bundles, for everything you want to supply or control in the next decade, which you haven't even thought of today.

In itself a good idea, but that would be a bit too big and above all too expensive for me. Am I not pretty safe with good network cables? In the end, most devices in our home already connect to the network wirelessly...
