Efficiency of air-to-water heat pumps

I am currently reading into the field of heating technology in new buildings. Maybe you can answer a question about the technology, so that I can understand the overall systematics a little better :)

An air-water heat pump requires electrical power as process energy.

How much heat energy is gained per unit of electrical energy used?

In other words, what about the good old efficiency of such heat pumps?

ah - all right, the efficiency is represented by the annual performance factor.

With an assumed annual performance factor of 3.5 (Should be a good average!?), I would have the following consumption per kWh of heat energy:

Gas: approx. 6 cents per kWh (efficiency 98%)
Heat pump: approx. 7.14 cents per kWh (efficiency 350%; electricity price 25 cents/kWh)

not quite correct, efficiencies are power-related quantities, snapshots. For air heat pumps => COP.

Hardly, this is only achieved with very good overall planning. Due to planning deficits, sometimes only 1.8...2.3 are reached. => money pit.

Here too, the annual utilization rate applies. It is sometimes only about ~ 50%. With good planning, 80..85% are sometimes achieved. ;-)
