EFA with approx. 120 m² on approx. 450 m² plot

V3 would be nice. However, I would shift the walls a bit. Shorten the living room, move the utility room 2 meters to the right according to the plan, and put the WC in the upper north corner. The kitchen moves to the southwest corner, with windows facing south and west.

Is the financing secured in the meantime?
