If you really want to take on the adventure of building a house at your age and because you are hardly sensitized to negatives yet: do yourselves a favor and get professional help from the start! Then you simply did not read it. This has nothing to do with being a construction expert or age. 99% of builders are NOT construction experts. And at 23 years old you are an adult and should act accordingly.

And what does your "objection" bring to the OP now?
