Earthworks offer OK? Is something missing? Prices OK? Single-family house on BP.

Hi guys,
attached is an offer from an earthworks contractor for our construction project.
What do you think of the earthworks offer?
Is something missing in the offer? Are there still details or services missing to avoid later surprises or exorbitant prices?
Should I request details like "according to Glattbau construction management description, construction service description" according to construction expert report, according to DIN xxx?

Prices OK?

Construction project:
Single-family house on BP (Glatthaar).
Region Stuttgart.
According to the construction expert report soil class 3-5 and probably Z0.
Approx. 2m slope.
Earthworks contractor is approx. 15km away from the construction site and is a neighbor of a good colleague.

Prices are probably not exorbitant if it is in the Stuttgart area. I find the delivery prices really fair.

I find the removal of usable soil expensive at 32 €/m3. Then it depends on how much mass there will be, whether it is worth discussing.

I miss transport of topsoil. Usually there is some leftover after the house construction. Before I have the material picked up with small equipment after house construction, I would have the unused part removed directly.

Inspection chamber in concrete? Then 1.5k okay (but not a bargain), including cover class B/D?

He charges well for the fittings for canal construction.... You have to watch out during billing later that you don’t pay linear meters and then also the fittings. This is rather unusual here, but not a deal breaker.

What about clearing/felling work? Condition like existing pavement, fences etc.?

Thank you for your helpful information. What basic prices for the removal of usable soil, clearing, felling work, fence are common in the Stuttgart region? Is it usual or sensible to include something like according to the construction service description Glatthaar March 2020, soil survey, plans, etc. in the offer? To be on the safe side or is it exaggerated?

What of that applies to you? There are trees and real TREES, etc...
I cannot contribute anything about detailed prices in Stuttgart.

Has the company already seen the property?

Your last paragraph: how is your gut feeling about the company? Did they have the expert report, etc.? If yes, then I would leave it as it is.

Does the offer match the expert report (regarding groundwater, soil type...) and the contract (requirements of the house builder)? You have to cross-check that yourself or get someone at your side who can do that.

What of that applies to you? There are trees and real TREES, etc... 0 trees, 0 growth. Hehe. Seasoning from neighbor's relatively large hedge. So no issue here, I think. Has the company already seen the property? YES. Sees no problems. Can easily reach everywhere with your excavator. Your last paragraph: how does your gut feeling about the company stand? Did they have the report etc. available? If yes, I would leave it as it is. He looked at and quickly went through plans and soil report. According to the report, soil class 3-5. No groundwater. At least 0.6m buffer layer/gravel recommended according to soil report. Does the offer match the report (regarding groundwater, soil type...) and the contract (requirements of the house builder)? You really have to check that yourself or get someone by your side who can do that. I think it fits, I still have to thoroughly read the construction service description from Glatthaar and send it to my architect for checking.
