The soil survey was conducted. Cost 590 €. Soil class 4. Therefore, no higher costs for the basement. Thanks for your feedback nordanney.

We had previously ordered and paid for a soil survey ourselves through a well-known franchise construction company (around 500 euros). We later decided not to build with this group of companies. We presented this report to our general contractor, with whom we are now building. The original statement was: "Is that everything? Do you have more documents than these two pages?"
