Drywall and vapor barrier done differently

Yes, nonsense right?! I'd be interested in the house design that leads to such crap being talked here. What kind of pipe is that now... why should it go exactly there, where nothing is supposed to be? I haven't followed the other thread, but do individual builder wishes meet a standard house in your construction?
