For northerners who want early spring, long autumn, and frost-free winters in the north, an exciting solution. The house itself is protected from the weather, requires little energy for heating, you ALWAYS have a habitable garden and can grow all kinds of fruit/vegetables like in a greenhouse, etc. Of course, overheating/watering in midsummer is questionable, especially like last year. If I were to build new, I would at least calculate that and ask users. ... maybe someday.
