Dear community, I have a small problem, I apparently overfilled one of my drawers so that the bottom one can no longer be closed because there is now a scarf behind it. However, the drawer cannot be lifted out or unscrewed (there are screws on the side by the rails but they cannot be removed). Would you perhaps have a suggestion on how I can either get this scarf out again or how I can temporarily remove the drawer? Many thanks

At the bottom of the drawer, there is a small lever that must be folded away in order to lift it out. If necessary, just take a look at the [Montageanleitung].

There is no lever ... At the bottom, the loading area is completely flat, on the side there is a screw above and below the rail, but they cannot be unscrewed... Do you perhaps have another tip? Thanks anyway for this one!

A screw above and below the drawer I do not understand in connection with the KOMPLEMENT drawer. Does it look different than here?

No, that is not my drawer. In mine, the rail runs in the middle of the drawer (that is, on the side outside in the middle).

Is it even a Pax?
Take a look on the inside of the drawer. From the way you describe the rails, there might be a screw on each side there. If you unscrew these, you can pull the drawer out forward.
