Drawer Förvara IKEA - Incorrect side panels delivered?

Hello everyone,

we have purchased the Metod cabinets with the drawers Förvara for our new kitchen. During the assembly of the drawers, we encountered the following problem:

After attaching the side panels to the back and sliding in the bottom panel, we noticed that the bottom panel cannot be pushed all the way through on one side. Furthermore, the drill holes are not where they should be. On the other side, it seems to fit properly.

We then realized that the side panels are shown identically in the instructions with the same number of holes. However, one of our side panels has five drill holes instead of two as depicted. This is also the case in the other drawer packages. What is the mistake? What did we do wrong, or was the wrong side panel accidentally packed?

Since we have not been able to reach anyone at Ikea so far, we would appreciate any hints and answers that can help us.

Hello, you need to find out what the floor is catching on. Try sliding only the back wall and only the side wall separately to see if there is already a problem.
