Hi!
Shouldn't the drain pipe (kitchen) actually be under the screed? This metal clamp also clearly sticks out above it! How am I supposed to lay my tiles there?

Someone was sleeping! Of course, it may be that the kitchen cabinets cover it, but it looks terrible.

Who made the mistake? Too little screed applied or insulation or cut wrong at the pipe?

I would negotiate a few euros with the screed layer if it visually disappears behind the kitchen.

I have no idea who messed up there, we are building with GU!

So normally it should be under the screed? So is it a defect?

Actually yes, even the fact that it was run along the wall is a defect because it weakens the screed there. But maybe someone who knows more will come along.

That is way too high, isn't it? If it can't be lowered because it's too big, then a few centimeters of the floor would have had to be broken up so the pipe could go deeper. That was done for us too... I'll quickly find a photo

Without knowledge of the structural conditions there, such as other pipes or screed thickness or the requirement for pipe slope or... no one can really make a judgment here except "doesn't look so good". As long as the drain works and the pipe is not in the visible area, the "problem" is not worth mentioning. Just ask, maybe there really is a valid reason.
