Draft floor plan: Ground floor planning

Hello everyone,

we have sat down and are planning our house.

Because we have to redesign the floor plan, we are having a bit of trouble visualizing it.

We would therefore be grateful for ideas from you, also gladly from your experiences.

The problem lies in the planning of the ground floor:

It should include the following:
1. Living room
2. Dining room
3. Kitchen
4. Utility room behind the kitchen, as the connections come from the right side.
5. Guest WC with shower
6. Laundry room with access to the garage and possibly access to the outside
7. Office / guest room

The adjustment of the house should remain as it is due to the cardinal directions.

which room is meant to be what? Where is north and the orientation/position on the property? What are the dimensions of the house/the individual rooms?

Stairs are definitely not acceptable - it's not really stairs, more like a step ladder. Minimum dimensions should be adhered to, as your program also indicates "bring to minimum dimensions". First the stairs, then the rest Since we do not know the rest, we cannot give advice on where the stairs could be placed...

What other leftover would you like to have? The house itself is a floor plan based on the Point 183 from Danwood. You get very nice floor plans offered by Danwood.
