Hello house building forum friends,
I have planned a draft here and ask for tips on the design of a city villa 10.3x10.3m.
- I am unhappy with the house front. I find the window arrangement of the front mediocre. But how to keep the proportions to the door.
- The chimney flue worries me, but I can't find a better place.
- Do such L-shaped canopies consist of Trespa material?
- Do you have to observe the building boundary with L-shaped canopies? (here 3m to the street)
- How can you attach such a canopy with a width of 5m to the brickwork?
- Who has more tips for me?

What do you especially like? Why? Many floor-to-ceiling windows. Open kitchen.
What do you not like? Why? House front, the windows are not optimally placed. The chimney flue, but it can't be better.
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: €300,000
Preferred heating technology: gas boiler
If you have to do without, on which details/extensions
- you can do without: guest room
- you cannot do without: floor-to-ceiling windows
Why did the design turn out as it is now?
10.3x10.3m. Somehow everything has to fit in.
