Hello,
I am in the process of buying a house. Low energy house built in 2014 in Rhineland-Palatinate. Now I have heard from my expert that I should request the construction acceptance confirmation from the owner. The owner told me that it does not exist. The building authority only carries out sporadic inspections after the construction end is reported by the builder. He said that the land registry office measured and registered everything and nothing else is necessary. Now I am a bit puzzled. Is this really the case?
I have zero knowledge about building.
Who can explain to me exactly how this really is?
Kind regards,
Paul
