Hello,
I am planning to install a cistern for the garden and toilets/washing machine.
The distance from the cistern to the house water system (i.e., the installation route of the suction line) is about 34 meters, and the height difference from the bottom edge of the cistern to the suction pump is about 5.00 meters.
The height difference between the highest extraction point (toilet) and the house water system is about 5 meters.
Questions:
1.) Is there a suction pump that can reliably suction this distance?
2.) What alternatives are there for this?
3.) Is a submersible pump (in the cistern) fundamentally just as reliable as a suction pump?
Many questions and hopefully good answers from you.
