Thank you first of all for the answers. I will explicitly address the wastewater pipes at the next appointment, good tip, thanks and more of that ;)

: The staircase is open (concrete stairs with railing). Standard would be a steel stringer staircase, but our dog doesn’t go up an open staircase one millimeter...

: Regarding the upper floor: Attached is a (I admit terribly drawn) floor plan of the upper floor. Is it roughly what you meant?
The shower on the ground floor mainly exists because we often come home with a very dirty dog who needs to be cleaned, and we don’t want to walk with him through the whole house.

They are small children’s rooms, but we can live with that. If the children need more space in 10 years, we’ll just combine them and the second child will get the attic (there will probably be more quarrels about who gets to go there....)

The kitchen has not yet been planned, I would also not put the sink in the corner. It was only drawn that way by the developer.

Thanks and regards
Texel

Something like that. The bathroom can of course give up half a meter with proper furnishing, so that the children's rooms gain more space. Possibly also the dressing room (no wardrobe on one side, but that can only be said if _measurements_ are available!
