After all, this also opens up further possibilities for boundary construction for him. Perhaps this should have been included in my post #17, because the mutual advantage that the length of the building obligation is not counted towards the maximum permissible boundary construction through privileged buildings is at the same time a mutual disadvantage, since the neighbor is allowed to put an additional 9m shed or carport on the boundary. Of course, this could be excluded again in the declaration of obligation, but then the neighbor would actually have no advantage except being allowed to raise his garage, which seems pointless here.
