That is quite possible that I am mixing up some things.
Still, thanks already, I will get back to you with more clarity.
Have a nice weekend!

Copy the written stipulations for the development plan, that is the legend next to the map and the map section with your property, and upload it here. You can black out the locality, street, and field names, etc.

Best regards

Or just write in Plan B such and such community such and such, then you can find it on the internet.....

So, dear ones,
You were of course right. I spoke with the building authority on the phone.
The wall height would be 6.5m for the selected plots.
As soon as the development plan is online, I will let you know. It is probably a preliminary draft so far.
Many greetings

But surely you are allowed to build lower? They can't force you to do 6.50, that's a high-rise. You wanted a Winkelbungalow, didn't you? That will be at most 4.50. But it needs space. A 600 [er] plot is a must.

Hello, yes, the 6.50 is the maximum. There are some nice plots with 700-800 m2. What would you plan for living space (basement should also be included) with one child and home office. Does anyone have experience with that? Greetings from Bavaria
