Good morning everyone,
we have an inner-city meadow plot of about 2400 sqm. The meadow is located on a street where there is otherwise residential development and has a depth of about 55m.
We now want to build in the rear part of the meadow. The city administration wants to set up a development plan for this, which among other things provides for accessing the meadow via a dead-end street.
Our entire property (a former farm with utility buildings is connected to the meadow) would be accessed via this dead-end street, and thus a subdivision into different plots and their sale would be possible.
Now my question: Who bears the construction costs of the street or the entire development (sewers, water, electricity, gas, telephone/internet, lighting)? According to the city, the dead-end street will later become a public road there. Can I rightly conclude from this that we would fully finance the construction of a later public road?
Can anyone also give me indications of how much this "fun" would cost? The city administration has not yet commented on this.
Thank you!
