Hello dear house-building experts,
I need your help, or rather advice / opinion.
Current situation:
- The below-mentioned plot is available
- The "old building" is as drawn
- I imagine the "extension" and "new building"
- Blue dotted line is the boundary distance of 2.50m
- Blue dashed line is 3m as access to the new building
- New building and extension are each only one story (although I might possibly have to go up to 2 floors here)
- Old building is 2.5 stories
- Town center in a village with 4,000 inhabitants
- No development plan for this plot
- Parking spaces are 5x2.30m

My concerns are (despite almost studying the state building code):
- Will I comply with these boundary distances?
- Is the access to the new building okay like this?
- Is the extension conceivable like this or are there any regulations that might still apply?
I would be very happy to receive feedback.
Best regards
Rüdiger
