Hello everyone,

I am currently in the process of calculating the costs for our house construction in Bremen-Nord. Everything is settled so far, only the connection costs are a black box for me. I have read amounts ranging from 5,000 euros up to 30,000 euros.
It is about 90 meters from the nearest main supply line to our property. We need water, electricity, internet, and telephone.
Gas will be provided through geothermal energy.
Wastewater is covered by a sewer from the neighboring property. The neighbor is also the seller and assures that the connection will not be a problem. I have contacted the local suppliers but am still waiting for a response. Attached you will find pipeline plans and a site plan.

I understand that I have to lay the lines from the property boundary to the house and have priced this in. However, I do not know how many costs for the public connection up to the property could be charged to us. I am grateful for any experience or cost estimates.

Can be expensive but doesn't have to be. Maybe you can also dig yourself. They just want to earn money too

90m is insanely much... I would also tend to 30,000 rather than 5,000. Especially water and gas are likely to become expensive, I think.

If it is really 90m, I would urgently clarify the costs before purchasing the property. The amounts add up to clearly five figures. I consider 30000 rather optimistic.

Just for your information, with us, at 90m you'd be spending almost 6,000 just for laying the water pipe. Of course, it can be completely different for you.

We also have an extended route for the house connections. Our general contractor estimated additional costs of 8,000 to 10,000 euros for the roughly 30 meters planned, on top of the normal house connection costs from the property boundary. Fortunately, we would share the costs with the neighbors, so it's not quite as bad. For your length to be bridged, I would spontaneously say that 5,000 euros doesn't fit. More like 30k euros and up.
