Description of construction works - channel and drainage

Hi!

My construction performance description states the following:
„Es erfolgt der erforderliche Rohrgrabenaushub unter der vorgesehenen Bodenplatte bis einen Meter vor der Hauskante.

Es erfolgt das Verlegen einer Ringleitung mit Kanalrohren aus PVC, Durchmesser 100-150 mm einschl. aller Formstücke, sowie Anschluss der Dachentwässerung mit Standrohren aus PVC.“

Are now only the gutter and sewage pipes laid 1 meter away from the house with a PVC pipe, or is the whole thing connected to the sewer?

Above all, the manholes come separately. The little bit of pipe is not the issue.

There are construction service descriptions where gutters with downpipes are described, but they are not connected. That means if you sleep there, they simply drain onto the ground :)

PVC = KG pipe. Better would be PP = KG2000 (green)

Yes, inspection shafts are clear! I just thought the drainage was covered in the construction service description! :)
