Just checked on Google Maps. On the other side of the highway, exactly 950 meters walking distance away, there is a construction debris recycling facility. If the companies then drive the stuff there, it would actually be quite practical :)

Why not? Many do that if it is not a structural problem. Financially and ecologically, it makes a lot of sense.

This was already answered shortly after Christmas, however in a different thread:

Exactly for this reason, you do not hijack other people's threads! Anyone who does so must expect unnecessary replies. ;)

Are you better now? It wasn't hijacked, just contributed personal experience. But thanks for quoting, so I don't have to write it again ;)

Preserving old material is not up for debate because it is not sensible in any scenario here and certainly not financially in this case. Whether 60-year-old stones are slightly more ecological now doesn't interest us given the disadvantages.

Inquire about how disposal is handled. Each federal state does its own thing.
For us, it was like this
not every landfill accepts every hazardous waste class

disposing in another district is not allowed, even if the landfill is closer and cheaper

disposing in another federal state is even more forbidden

all the rubble is piled together and sampled per 500 cubic meters. The sample determines which landfill and at what price (each hazardous waste class costs differently) everything goes to.

It proved advantageous for us to charge transport and landfill not as a flat rate, but according to the weighbridge ticket.
We also set a loose time window with plenty of lead time. "It will be demolished in November" did not work. "Everything must be finished by the end of March," however, did.
