Delayed start of construction. Company is not responding

If the (two) companies are already starting like this, I assume that the trouble will not end and they will also not fulfill their other obligations. Yes, you are obviously right. I assumed that the "exit" would be regulated in a legally watertight manner.

The question is whether this is really advantageous for us. We still want to build a house. Some money has already been spent. Even the first installment to the company for planning, applications, etc. has already been transferred... I don't see how the withdrawal from our contract helps. Our hope is to apply some pressure so that it finally gets started.....
