Defining the financial framework, seeking recommendations for house sale/house construction/renovation

The divorce could still be finalized this year. Would then possibly want to start and complete the financing in the new year.
By then, the promotion to A11 should also be done, it is expected in November. I probably won't have a salary adjustment.. I'm more likely up again next year.

Please note: Since 01.04.2025, no new construction financing agreements will be concluded with the DSL Bank. For customers with a DSL construction financing, nothing will change.

Regarding the DSL Bank:

"Please note: As of 01.04.2025, no new home financing contracts will be concluded at DSL Bank. For customers with a DSL home financing, nothing changes."

The financing is now handled by Deutsche Bank itself, instead of under the DSL brand.
