we are planning a two-family house with 240 sqm and have the following choice regarding the heating system:
-Standard Brötje – heat pump system complete package consisting of:
air-water heat pump Split-K, up to 10.9KW with 220l integrated
hot water storage, electric heating rod, 100l buffer storage and
commissioning by factory service

Solar system package F2 8550/15 consisting of energy storage WES 910 A C, 5 x flat collector K 6 gross area 12.55 sqm, rooftop installation, flexible pipe, pump group, solar controller, installation set hot water with solar system for hot water and heating support
extra cost 3600 € + cost for gas connection
We are leaning towards the Dimplex heat pump because it has better values than the Brötje and gas requires too high additional costs.
However, there is a 1500 € subsidy for the Brötje because it is power-regulated.
For the Dimplex only 1300 € (fixed speed).
What is better?
Am I right with my assessment or how would you evaluate it?
