Still, I have to equip every room I want to ventilate with its own device. With a controlled residential ventilation system, I can plan two supply lines and two exhaust lines for 4 rooms. With decentralized ventilation, each room needs its own device.
Or alternatively with an inverter again, then it would work again, but especially in the bedrooms that wouldn’t be so ideal. Or there seems to be some kind of intermediate solution, a decentralized device to which several rooms are centrally connected.
I just find it hard to compare costs with the devices. What does a decentralized system cost if installed in all rooms, as with a controlled residential ventilation system? Isn’t the price difference to the controlled residential ventilation system then not that big? On Idealo it starts at 300€ and goes up to about 1,000€ per device. For 7 rooms, let's say 7*500€ = 3,500€. If a controlled residential ventilation system costs 7,900€ (current offer from a general contractor to me) you “save” half.
I just have to ask myself if it’s worth it.
