It's like an airplane. For basic ventilation, I have around 12db with my pendulum fans. At 50m³ just over 20db. The Meltem is really loud.

Something different: In the yellow highlighted area I have a suspended ceiling and can basically reach every room through the ceiling. At the moment I am concerned with the ventilation of the living room and the "swimming pool," because new windows are to be installed there first. The swimming pool was never realized; it is now a normal room (extension). In the room "Vorrat1" I could access the outside and could also install a central device there. Would that be an alternative? What does something like that cost compared to the decentralized variants?

Only if you can also install corresponding ducts in both rooms. Supply air / exhaust air is applied at different points of the ceiling when done correctly.

Many times more. Depending on the devices, maybe a factor of 5 (?). Much cheaper in DIY.
And it is the question of how and where supply air/exhaust air can be placed in the rooms. Maybe even a factor of 10 if it gets particularly complex.

Does the position of the supply and exhaust air have to follow certain laws?

I'll put it this way: In general, it would be possible for me, because the ceiling is suspended everywhere. (Grid ceiling). It is somewhat tight in places, but if it generally works with flexible ducts and the openings to the rooms don't need to have a very large diameter, it should work. Technically, it is basically like installing a decentralized unit? Only that a distributor is placed in between to distribute the air into the rooms? So you would only need a central location for the central unit and from there to the distributor. Then into the individual rooms?

Yep. That's how it is.
Now just a few filler words…
