We also built with them. The only point that bothers is the consumption of the heat pump? None of your cons really apply:
- Supply temperature is a maximum of 35 degrees
- All filters are normal cheap G2 filter mats
- You don't feel any draft
- When tilting the window for ventilation, air also goes outside.

Ultimately, a separate controlled residential ventilation system costs between 10-15 thousand euros, one should not forget that either.

+ Air does not have to be supplied through a maintenance-intensive duct system
+ Air quality is therefore higher
+ Germ and mold formation in the duct system is not a factor
+ Waste heat can be used more efficiently in the exhaust air heat pump than in the heat exchanger of a central residential ventilation system

That's true - you can already "recognize" the houses, at least if you have spent a long time with this manufacturer. But it happens to me with another big one as well, in a new development area it might actually annoy me.
